This stunning home is the perfect getaway for relaxation and fun, featuring four spacious bedrooms: 3 have a king-sized bed for ultimate comfort, 1 room with a king single bed for the kids.
With two living areas, there's plenty of room to unwind, and a large deck offers the ideal spot to soak up the sun or enjoy an evening meal. For added luxury, a private spa awaits you after a day of adventure. The house also has 2 modern bathrooms which provide convenience for everyone.
Just a 2-minute stroll to the beach, you’ll have easy access to the water for enjoying swimming, surfing or fishing. There is off street parking for the car but also space to bring you boat along if needed. Surfers can enjoy the waves and then return to enjoy a rinse off in the outside shower.
This is the ultimate coastal retreat, offering both relaxation and adventure in one perfect location.
Easy stroll to uncrowded beach for swims, surfs, sandcastles & beach walks with sunrises over the ocean or sunsets over Mount Maunganui. Close by you can enjoy
the award-winning Pearl Kitchen Cafe, Goodhome Gastropub & Supermarket that are under a 10 mins walk or 1 min drive.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES & NO GATHERINGS. This is a family friendly home & neighbourhood.
