Set in the new estate 'Bok Beach' on the Sunshine Coast, this spacious luxury new high set home has enough room for everyone. From the 2 living areas, playing a game of pool or lazing around by the inground pool there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Fully ducted Air Con throughout the home  will keep you cool on those hot summer days. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been tastefully styled with all new furnishings and beds including 5 Smart TV's, there is sure to not be any arguments over the remote!! If Outdoor living is what you are wanting, this home boasts an inviting pool, a grassy landscaped yard, outdoor shower, sun lounges, a Webber BBQ and outdoor dining.

The beautiful patrolled Bokarina Beach is just a 2 minute stroll away and perfect for sunbaking, swimming or catching a wave. A new Children's park is just as close and will keep the kids playing for hours, with BBQ facilities and even a pop up coffee shop it caters for everyone.

Beautiful Beach House

What a wonderful time we had enjoying all this property and location have to offer. The home was super clean and we were met by the lovely Charmaine who checked us in personally. We found it was even closer to the beach than it looks in the photos. The quiet neighbourhood and expansive, well equipped home made us forget we were holidaying in peak season. 10/10 in every way. We can’t wait to come back!

Cockroaches

Everything was fine except for cockroaches crawling everywhere. We’d definitely come again if there weren’t cockroaches in the cupboards and the coffee machine.
