Great location for cheaper and short night stays for single person. You save some money and we get our rooms occupied. Gated community, hence, all secured and safe. Close to the beach, supermarket, and pub.
Double room with a bathroom is shared only if the other room is occupied. KITCHEN use is NOT included but you can always ask for help if need something. Wifi is included. Hosts family lives upstairs. It is a short drive to the Mount, TePuke, and Tauranga City.
