Villa SAN**** is perfect choice for relaxing family vacation. It is perfect connection 130 years old Istrian traditional house and modern design. House is adapted 2020.

House is fully equipped and very spacious. On the first floor is settled fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and spacious bathroom. The internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house, where are three spacious rooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and one air conditioning is on the first floor.

House is located in central Istria on edge of peaceful village Butkovići so you can enjoy on the covered big terrace near pool (32m2) with looking on property of 5500m2 with olive and fruit grove.
On covered terrace with outdoor dining area, summer kitchen and a wood burning fireplace you can relax and enjoy in calm evenings with glass of good Istrian wine and tasty barbecue.
For those who love sports, there are badminton/volleyball net, soccer goals, darts and children's playground.

Private fenced parking and free WiFi are included in the offer. A baby cot and high chair are available for all families with children.

If you want to enjoy in the beauty of central Istria, away from the noise of everyday life, but also so close to the beautiful coast, Villa SAN is on perfect location because it is 15-30min from all bigger tourist hot spots and beaches.
