This is a very nice, well built, clean property. Pool is great. Two issues - the listing mentions pool alarms deep inside the listing as the last bullet among 8. This does not accurately describe this - although the manager will tell you that it does. There are very loud chimes on the doors to the pool and grill area. Those doors on the inside lead directly into the den and kitchen. A loud alarm will sound in those rooms every time you come in those doors until you shut it off. It is not subtle. The listing makes clear that the master is locked. What they call a “2nd master” is a normal bedroom and relatively small bathroom. It is not what most would consider a master at this price point.
