Paris' house was a pleasure to stay in. It had a beautiful, clean, artistic vibe. Everything was carefully thought out. There was everything that was necessary and nothing extra. The bed was great. It was a wonderful light-filled home. Lots of seating areas and a well-equipped kitchen. It was so close to the main drag, but it felt quiet and serene. Loved it.

Perfect weekend getaway

Wonderful house in a great location. Everything was clean and the house had everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. It is perfect to be able to walk everywhere -shops, restaurants and the gorgeous waterfront. Owner is very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

Beautifully decorated high end .. Very cool antiques Clean, Comfortable So convenient to town , restaurants yet calm & quiet ..As always we had a fabulous time .. have stayed at Paris & Clifton’s properties for the last 5 years ..The bests hosts .. never disappoints!

We cannot say enough great things about this house! Paris and Clifton were fantastic hosts, and met us on the first day to hand us the keys and give us the history on the house. The home decor and aesthetic made us feel right at home, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full meal for thanksgiving. The house was also less than a block away from Sag Harbor which gave us unlimited access to all the restaurants and shops.

Very convenient location

Shops and restaurants just a few minutes walking distance away making this a very convenient location. The host was very pleasant. It was a real plus that the property was dog friendly. The bed sheets had holes in them and there was a hair on one of the bed pillows, otherwise things were generally clean and in good shape.

House with history

This is an interesting house…we appreciated the vintage/industrial pieces. The only negative is the bathroom. Very samall and the tub with shower is awkward to get into and to adjust the water . Towels need replacing..they are scratchy. Paris helped with a toilet problem and filled us in on the history. We’d come back again but would bring our own towels.

We had a wonderful stay during our first trip to the Hamptons! This location was a perfect home base for exploring all of the villages ( Montauk, East/South/Bridge Hampton) , including Shelter Island. It was also exceptionally convenient to end our days in Sag Harbor, within blocks of town and all of the restaurants, so we could enjoy food and cocktails and walk home!! The house oozes charm with wide plank floors, antiques, art, and claw foot bath tub . The kitchen was tastefully and pristinely updated and extremely functional! Thank you, Paris, for your hospitality and we expect to return for a longer stay!

Fall Weekend getaway

Have stayed at other properties by this owner and this one was just as impressive. The owner has a great eye and the place is decorated wonderfully. Less than 2 blocks from main street Sag Harbor.

Historic gem in Sag Harbor

Enjoyed our stay at this stylish and historic house very close to all the shopping and dining Sag Harbor had to offer. The sophisticated European inspired decor is absolutely stunning. Paris was great host and was so helpful and informative through the whole process. Thank you for a wonderful fall weekend!
