97 Fairway Lane at The Sea Pines Resort

Enjoy your next vacation in this newly renovated and updated vacation villa. The villa has a new kitchen, three new baths, new LED lighting, LVP flooring throughout and new fans and smart TVs in all rooms.

The kitchen has great views out to the open living room, the lagoon, and golf course. Looks and feels like a brand new unit! This is an end unit with significant landscaping – creating as much privacy as you are likely to find in a townhouse layout. The villa has a spectacular lagoon view and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach – across the road from the beach access path!

First floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed and brand new ensuite full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and two updated baths upstairs, one with a king-size bed and the second with two twin beds. Sea Pines Resort has three championship golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, restaurants, shops, bike paths and beautiful beaches to enjoy.

There is a professionally maintained putting green and tennis court for the private use of Fairway Villa owners and guests. Less than a mile walk or bike ride to oceanfront dining and lounging at the Sea Pines Beach Club and Frazers Tavern at Plantation Golf Clubhouse. You can enjoy walks on the beach, biking on shaded paths, dining in Harbour Town or any of the numerous restaurants located within the Resort.

Sea Pines Racquet Club has clay and hard tennis courts and brand new pickle ball courts.
