This renovated three bedroom, three bath villa feels like a new vacation home.

Out the front door, Sea Pines ‘Gold Coast’ beach is only three minute tops, in flip-flops, over a foot bridge with no major roads to cross. In the other direction, this single story ground level unit has a wall of windows overlooking the lagoon and 18th hole & club house of Atlantic Dunes golf course from both the living room and master bedroom.

Being a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club, Plantation Golf Club and trolley stop, it’s a great location from which to explore all that The Sea Pines Resort has to offer.

The main unit’s open floor plan includes skylights in the vaulted living area which provide lots of natural light. A game table and chairs provides the perfect spot for an evening card game, family game night, or a week-long puzzle.

The living/dining rooms connect via a hallway to the master bedroom, master bath and walk in closet. The full-size kitchen has granite, and a counter level breakfast bar.

A courtyard separates the main unit from bedrooms #2 and #3 – each with their own exterior entrance, own bath, and views of the private courtyard. The two bedrooms can connect with each other by opening an adjoining door or remain separate. These bedrooms are separated by the courtyard from the master bedroom with no interior hallway to the main unit.

This villa accommodates up to eight guests: two kings, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa. The floor plan may not be suitable for single families with very young children due to the bedrooms being separated from the master, but is great for two families, multi-generational families, families with preteens or teenagers, or your golfing group as you can all have your own space while being only steps away from each other… and the beach!

With the beach comes sand, so there is a private outdoor shower (hot & cold) plenty of space to park your beach toys/cooler, store bikes and clean your golf clubs - all steps away from your front door and parking spaces.

With a table and chairs in the enclosed courtyard and a patio out back, you will have plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy South Carolina.

The basics are covered along with a 55” flat screen TV in the living area and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Harbour Town pool access is included, along with all the Sea Pines Resort amenities for golf, tennis and fitness center.
