We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the floors, the condition of the mattresses, the broken coffee maker, and the challenges you encountered during the check-in process. These concerns do not reflect the level of service and accommodations we strive to provide, and we regret the inconvenience they caused. We appreciate you acknowledging that our team offered to send a cleaning crew and that a replacement coffee maker was delivered. However, we understand that these efforts did not fully make up for the frustration you experienced, especially after having to clean the floors yourself upon arrival. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the resort amenities, including the pools, lazy river, beach access, and the beautiful ocean view. It's also wonderful to know that the Avista Resort staff made a positive impression and contributed to your overall vacation experience. Regarding the condo supplies, our vacation rental properties are self-catering accommodations, and guests are typically provided with a starter supply of essential items rather than ongoing supplies of food products, seasonings, or personal care items. We apologize if this was unexpected. Your comments regarding the mattresses, cleanliness, and overall comfort of the unit have been shared with the appropriate teams and the property owner for review.
