Great location with fabulous views!!

This property was perfect for us to be able to explore Nelson and the surrounding area, and then retreat to our mountain oasis at the end of a busy day. We had family members staying in Nelson who we visited and adventured with, and I loved coming back to a quiet place to wind down and relax. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I’d definitely book again the next time we come back to the area, and I’d recommend it to friends as well.

One of our fave stays ever!

The photos really don’t even do this place justice — it is the absolute perfect destination for a peaceful getaway from the chaos of daily life. Sitting on the deck for hours and watching the sun set on the mountains was a highlight. Having the downstairs TV area was great to hangout after the sun went down. The BBQ was a nice touch even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Major bonus points for having an espresso machine too. What’s better than a freshly made latte in the mountains? Beds were comfy. House was easy to get in and out of as we were there in the summer months. A quick 12-15 mins drive to downtown Nelson which was a gorgeous journey along the lake. As you would expect, every restaurant we frequented was incredible. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience! Definitely take a trip to Nelson, and absolutely stay in this cozy little cabin!
