Enjoy soft furnishings, exposed concrete, a sunny roof terrace, state of the art appliances - and the best of the Capital's eateries, shopping and attractions right on your doorstep. This apartment is part of a brand new complex, conveniently situated on the corner of Willis, Vivian and Victoria streets. Tucked away from the street, the apartment is a quiet, warm sanctuary you will love coming home to! The home is split over three levels: Ground floor: Living, kitchen and dining. Level two: Queen bedroom, bathroom and seating area (reading nook). The sofa extends into a double bed for extra sleeping options. Please note a small surcharge ($20) is required for the use of sofa bedding. Level three: Queen bedroom, bathroom, laundry cupboard and access to roof terrace.
