The grounds include a main house as well as a separate casita. Together, as one, we call it the Cattletrack Estate. Guests can choose to rent the entire estate, the main house alone, or the casita alone. The main house and casita are never rented to separate groups at the same time. The casita, or “mother in law” suite, is a separate unit that shares no walls with the main home, giving you the privacy of your own space. The Property:
The casita suite is quite large, and feels even larger thanks to its high ceilings. It features a comfortable Queen-size bed, two loveseats, and a wall-mounted HDTV for your entertainment. Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar complete with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The suite includes a stunning private bathroom with a walk in shower and spacious walk in closet.
Now for the amazing amenities! The casita opens directly to a large covered patio and the semi-private pool and hot tub area. Unlike condo complexes where pools are often crowded and shared with dozens of units, this inviting outdoor space is shared only with the main house, which is only occasionally occupied by the owners. Depending on the timing of your stay, you may even have the pool all to yourself! The pool is quite large and features 6 deck mounted sprinklers, 3 waterfalls, and lighting that changes color to match your mood. The cost is $150 per night to heat both the pool and hot tub, $100 per night to heat just the pool, and $50 per night for the hot tub only. We require at least 7 days' notice before check-in for any heating requests, and a short form will be sent prior to your arrival to confirm your preferences.
