Awesome little house that was a great place for us while we were moving our son into Mesa this week. Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Everything was great. Could walk to local parks and downtown if we wanted to! House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed it; quiet neighborhood and cute area.

Easy to drive right past, need to turn into the alley before the house. I love staying in old houses! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, spices. We actually cooked one night. Beds were comfortable. Will stay again when visiting my daughter. Super close to the college!

As the property owner, the only fee we add beyond the nightly rate is our cleaning fee, which is set at cost for the cleaning service itself.
