Great ocean access, the room was fabulous! The out of service elevator plus the excitement of watching one of our traveling companions being rescued from the elevator was an unexpected experience, but overall this was a very nice stay.

Thank you for your 4‑star review. I’m glad you enjoyed the ocean access and that the room was fabulous. I’m very sorry for the elevator being out of service and for the distress caused by the rescue — that should not have happened. We’ve reported the issue to building management/owner so it can be addressed. If you have any additional feedback, please message us through Vrbo and we’ll follow up. We hope to host you again.

Location was very convenient because it was a short walk to the beach, but I do not think I would stay there again. The room was infested with what seemed to be fruit flies. Due to this it made it difficult to cook food, eat food & have drinks out. The TVs in the bedrooms are small but the living room one is a great size.

Marlene, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear about the fruit fly issue you encountered; this is certainly not the standard we aim for. We will address this with our cleaning team to prevent future occurrences. We're glad the location and living room TV size were positives for you. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
