We loved 10 Central Ave! Walking distance to Prebbleston shops and bars, and really close to our family just around the corner. On entering the property it is clean, heated and ready for our stay. The little (actually big) touches; complimentary snacks and drinks were a hit with us. The Games room was very popular, and when we were 'home' that's where we spent most of our time. We can wait for another occasion whereby we will need group accommodation - PLUX stays will be a priority.

Lovely family stay – highly recommended!I'm writing on behalf of my family who recently stayed at this property, and they had nothing but great things to say about their experience.The house was immaculate; spotlessly clean and very well presented. They especially appreciated the thoughtful little extras like complimentary snacks and drinks, which made the stay feel extra special.Communication with the owners, Matt & Bev, was smooth and friendly throughout the booking and stay. The children absolutely loved the games room, it was a definite highlight!The location was also ideal, with a bistro, takeaway spots, supermarket, and playgrounds all nearby, making it very convenient for a family trip.They had a fantastic time and would happily return. Highly recommended!
