Very nice and clean excellent location with easy access to water. However, lots of people use the docks and lighthouse that I imagine are not supposed to be there. They also do no not follow the rules for fishing/crabbing. They keep everything. I tried to question but no english. The places itself is wonderful. Lots of amenties, great. I would consider coming back, maybe.

We're glad you enjoyed the location, the easy water access, and all the amenities the property offers. To clarify, there are three piers and a lighthouse on the property, and a few owners hold boat slips there with legitimate access, so there is still plenty of room for guests to fish or crab from the other areas. As for what others keep when fishing or crabbing, that's outside of what we're able to control. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
