Guests have access to the house in its entirety. Nowhere in the house is off-limits. There are detached garages that sit in the back of the house, and those are also accessible to guests.
Step into the home through a charming foyer, where the staircase leads you up to the bedrooms. To the left, a cozy living room flows into the formal dining area and main bathroom, while straight ahead, the spacious kitchen opens to the backyard—perfect for enjoying warm PNW evenings.
Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. One includes a cozy loft ideal for reading, working, or relaxing; open the windows in the evenings to enjoy the cool summer breeze. The second bedroom offers a twin bed and another desk—great for kids or remote work. The primary bedroom in the back connects to a stylish jack-and-jill bathroom featuring a clawfoot soaking tub and double vanity.
Laundry is available downstairs in the basement, easily accessed from the main level.

The fence line in the backyard does face the street; we have installed privacy screens but there will be noise from people walking/driving by.
