Downstairs, a second living zone offers a relaxed retreat, well-suited to children or anyone seeking a quieter space to unwind. This separation allows the home to flex easily for different ages and group dynamics. This space extends to a private fenced-in BBQ with a timber table and BBQ for alfresco feasts under the sun.
All four bedrooms are bright and simply styled, each offering a calm place to rest after days spent outdoors. The primary bedroom provides a private retreat with a queen bed and ensuite, while the remaining queen bedrooms are equally comfortable, making the layout well-suited to families or groups travelling together. A second bathroom services the home with ease.
Practical comforts include a full laundry, year-round climate control, and fresh linen and bath towels provided.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Outstanding home with beautiful views. Very peaceful to wake up to the waves and watch the sunsets at night. The property had all the luxuries of your ideal home.
The property is very new and very nicely decorated. The view is stunning. The kitchen was very well supplied with crockery, utensils etc. The after hours contact was very helpful with whatever was required ...a few more tea towels. The beds were very comfortable.
The TV is huge and was great to watch the Aus open.
Would highly recommend this home.

We were so impressed with the accommodation. The proximity to the beach, uninterrupted views from the gorgeous front deck and peaceful street were all unexpected joys. The property is stunningly appointed! Both aesthetically and functionally on point. Our only recommendation is for another couple of deck armchairs to enjoy that view as a group without having to use a dining chair. The fully opening glass doors from the family room was our favourite feature. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!
