Recently stayed at this fabulous property October 1st to the 4th. It was perfect. Four couples..everyone had a beautiful, comfortable bed. The house was exactly as shown and even more luxurious than expected. Highly recommend!

An exceptional property - perfect for our girls weekend! The cottage is stunning and spotless!! Every detail was thought of, from the very comfy beds to the starlights on the stairs and everything in between. Drew, the host, was great and easy to communicate with. We are already looking forward to returning in 2027!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage, perfectly located on Moon River, and a short walk to into Bala. Drew was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful.The grounds and dock area alllowed our grandchildren to enjoy all that Moon River has to offer.Highly recommended!

The house is so comfortable and fun. Great kitchen for cooking big meals. Jacuzzi, extra dock accessories and kayaks are such a nice touch.

We had a family gathering of seven over 3 nights. Our arrival went very smoothly and we entered into a lovely home with great views of the Moon River. The house was spotless, and well equipped for all of our needs, including ample seating in the great room.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.The water had easy access to it via a sandy shoreline as well as from the dock, where you could safely dive off from.Overall, it was a wonderful experience.Thanks to Drew as well, for his quick responses to any questions that we had.

This home is amazing. My husband and I rented it for a week after Thanksgiving to take in the following weekend Cranberry Festival and to share the experience with some of our family members. We love this area especially in the fall.Did I say this place is amazing already? The 'cottage' is actually better than the photos. Views from the two storey livingroom are breath taking. We experienced an incredible red sky sunset one evening. Our granddaughter and friend enjoyed the paddle boat, and although the kayaks were not used, we did all enjoy the hot tub. We had a lovely bonfire on a quiet and calm evening. Other evenings were spent in the games room above the garage where you could play foosball, airhockey or just watch movies on the large TV. There are plenty of jigsaw puzzles provided to put together for a relaxing activity, or any of several games to play.Everyone agreed that the beds were all very comfortable with nice clean bedding. Plenty of space in the kitchen cupboards to put your own items as well as the many pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc provided. Two empty fridges give ample space to store food for even a month! There is a lovely screened in sitting area and the hot tub is on a covered deck. There is a large dock with Muskoka chairs to sit on and watch boats go by or to enjoy the stillness of a morning sunrise. I could go on but text is limited here. This place is clean, spacious and awesome. Our host, Drew, was always quick to respond to messages.

Fantastic property, clean, large enough for our 8 adult and 7 kid (ages from 12 yrs to 3 yr old twins) to enjoy a week. NOT long enough…we will be back next summer. The river was great, warm and not to much boat traffic. Large dock, and Lilly pad float for the kids to play on. Thank you to our hosts, you have a lovely home.Very satisfied client, Tania and Ian H

Drew was a great host. Extremely helpful and communication was awesome. The house was very clean when we arrived. Our family had a very relaxing time there. The location was in close proximity to all the surrounding cities. Definitely rent this property again.
