Affordable stay with great beach extras, but a few caveats.The location and price point of this property are hard to beat. It is very close to the airport, grocery stores, and shops, making it a perfect central hub for traveling to both the North and South/West sides of the island. A major bonus was the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided for our use, which added a lot of value to our trip.However, the listing photos are a bit more polished than the reality. While the room was functional (and we actually preferred the hardwood floors over the carpet shown), the cleanliness could be improved, specifically the dusty floors and a slight odor from the AC. Also, keep in mind that the bathroom is stocked with 3-in-1 soap; if you prefer separate products, I would recommend bringing your own or picking some up at the nearby store.The biggest challenge was the slow communication and the initial WiFi failure, which made it difficult to work or research local activities for the first 24 hours. To their credit, the host provided a working alternative connection the next day and was very pleasant during our punctual checkout. Overall, a decent, no-frills stay for the price!
