This bright, elegantly-furnished 21 floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32-inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has 24 hour security coin laundry, a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

David was more than helpful. The condo was stocked with everything you need. It has a great view of the water, and parking was easy and much appreciated. The guard staff was very helpful also. I would definitely book again.

It was a little difficult to find due to the gps sending up into a different area, but once we figured it out it was good. The gym equipment was broken, so limited use. The room was good, unfortunately when the power went out the moisture was bad. After communicating with the owner who is super friendly I was able to get the AC to the point of drying the apartment. The view is amazing and location is convenient, steps away from the beach.

We had the absolute BEST time here. In the heart of Condado-just steps from the beach. Expansive breath taking views. Our host thought of everything from beach chairs, portable cooler, lotion, hair dryer, an iron. Stocked with everything & just drop dead gorgeous place to stay. Cannot recommend more highly! The nighttime city view & daytime beach view is worth every penny!

Great location. We were able to get what we needed from Walgreens and the pharmacy. There was a Starbucks downstairs. We were able to walk to the beach. Xolo tacos was downstairs and that place was amazing! We had a great time.

Everything that I needed was provided. Great location to the beach and other shops and restaurants. One downside when using ride share or delivery service, they sometimes have a hard time finding the location so you may have to stand outside for them to see you. Otherwise perfect location to many things.

Kitchen was tiny and hard to make eggs, toasts and coffee. The view from the 21st floor balcony included a lot of rooftops and HVAC. The gate controller finally worked on the last day. We still made the best of it all and enjoyed Puerto Rico
