We will be delighted to welcome you in our charming detached house of 105 m2 on a fenced plot of more than 1100 m2 for 6.8 people on the edge of the state forest of ST HILAIRE DE RIEZ and 900m from the beach.
New for rent, the house is located between St Gilles Croix de Vie and St Jean de Monts near the Corniche de Sion.
Take advantage of the forest and the marshes with cycling or walking tours.
St Gilles at 7 km, St Jean de Monts at 11 km.

Super espace

Super jolie villa avec beaucoup de charme,très joli terrain et très calme.Très bon endroit pour visiter la mer.Le propriétaire accord toute confiance au visitaires.Les concierges sont très aimables et sympathiques.

Business or not business ???

Cuisine minimaliste, sans plan de travail ??? Manque d'entretien dans l'ensemble, serrures qui ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons attendu quasiment les 15 jours pour voir un serrurier ???Absence du petit cadeau de bienvenue, comme c'est la pratique dans toutes les locations, (brioche ou bouteille) ce qui démontre bien l'objectif des propriétaires. Sinon bel environnement .

Nous sommes difficiles et nous n’avons rien trouvé de négatif pour cette location. Un plus (histoire de dire quelque chose) serait un transat. Quartier agréable et calme, location bien équipée, relations avec la conciergerie, propreté, literie, etc. conformes à ce qui est attendu et à l’annonce (ce qui est rare). Location à recommander

Agréable séjour

Une maison conforme à l’annonce, très bien entretenue, très bien équipée (il y avait même une machine Nespresso !) et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous et c’était bien agréable car malheureusement le temps n’était pas de la partie. Quelques beaux villages aux alentours à visiter: Montaigu, Mallièvre, Pouzauges et la corniche vendéenne à Saint Gilles. Bonne adresse à recommander, si nous revenons en Vendée, nous savons déjà où nous logerons.
