Excellent location, and the complex is great. Many pools to choose from, has a workout center and boardwalk for easy access to the beach. The condo was great and cozy.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Everything was great as far as check in , beds were comfortable and the Condo had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Although, the Condo could really use an updating as far as the sofa and the lighting in the bathrooms. Thank you for quick answers to my questions.

Great stay / place for the value

We have stayed at the Hilton Head Island resort before, and like it because of its amenities (indoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis / pickleball courts, convenient access to the beach). First time staying at this specific unit, which was conveniently located near the entrance of the resort.Unit was in great condition and clean, with comfortable beds. Temperature controls were good to make for a comfortable stay. Liked the little bonuses included in the unit, to include the vast library of books (my daughter stayed up one night to read one of them), the Sony Playstation and games, televisions in each room. Kitchen was updated and well equipped to allow for us to cook our own breakfasts (and the Keurig coffee provided was nice touch). Was also nice that the one room had extra accessories to use at the resort to maximize fun (tennis and pickleball racquets and balls, body boards for the beach, etc.).Highly recommend.

I would stay at the condo again. The only inconvenience was the elevator closes to our room was down. Who ever was above us had what seamed to be kids and would run and jump until late hours and early morning. We told the gate staff twice and I don’t believe it was addressed. They jumped so hard it would shake things on the wall in our room.

The security guard said they didn't have our information when we arrived at the property. It took us about an hour to get ahold of the property owner. After a dozen phone calls he finally texted my wife. He wasn't very professional in his texts, but he did eventually get the info sent to the security guards, and we did get into the property. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. The walk to the beach was long, but we didn't mind. The kids enjoyed seeing all the wildlife while walking across the walkway over the swamp to the beach.

the facility is lovely. everything is truly provided. we didn't have bedside lights because the bulbs were expired. contacted our guest representative and he provided our needs the next morning. (it was late in the day when we spoke with him.) the room had a recliner which, in our case is mandatory. the chair is what insoired us to select this rental.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time. The unit is furnished well. The floor plan really works for our family. Bedrooms are separated from the living/kitchen area with a French door which is nice. Really liked that it has tile floors rather than carpet. The walk to the beach is nice, but if a person has mobility challenges it would be a long walk. Nice parking under the building. We were there off season so I imagine high season is not as quiet. Highly recommend!

It was nice but multiple remotes did not work because batteries were dead or missing. We loved the accessibility, how easy it was to come and go, the general atmosphere of the community. However, the master bedroom suite bed was very uncomfortable in the sense that tossing and turning in your sleep even a little bit would create creaks and noises and wake us up. It wasn’t super comfortable but it wasn’t a huge deal either. The other beds were fine in comparison and had no issues. Overall great stay for a wedding we had to go to and general vacation activities!
