This Brand New in June 2025 Dream Home is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced here on our Little Island by the Sea, and truly one-of-a-kind. Seas the Moment is the only home that stands tall above any others at the Southern most point of the Island, and overlooks not only the Chincoteague Bay and Assateague Channel, but you can see all the way out to the Chincoteague Inlet and the Ocean - that’s right, the OCEAN!

The moment you walk in, the Views in every direction steal your breath - and the home itself? Pure, heart-stopping beauty that lingers in your memory long after this Vacation has come to an end. This statuesque home is perfect for a large family, or 2 families to share, and accommodates 12 people in pure luxury, comfort, and style. And there’s a convenient Elevator that services the 1st and 2nd Floors of Seas the Moment!

With a Reverse Floor Plan to maximize those Views, you’ll never want to leave the Living Area on the 2nd Floor. This huge space is light, bright, and open and has a wall of windows to the water. Decorated with a modern Coastal Flair, you’ll find there is so much to not only look at, but to experience, at this magical home. Sink into the high-end furnishings after a day of searching for Wild Ponies at Assateague National Seashore and the Wildlife Refuge - only minutes away - and take in mesmerizing Views - and you might even see some Ponies grazing in the Marsh across the Channel! The Leather Sectional is divine, and there’s even a cozy Electric Fireplace for those chilly Off-Season Stays. There’s also a convenient Half Bath on this level.

Wander out to the Deck, which not only overlooks the Ocean, but the Tidal Creeks below, and take in that salty, sweet sea breeze. With 3 levels of Decks with Views, you’ll have trouble spending time on all of them, but will sure have fun trying! On the Deck, there is a fun Surfboard Dining Table, some Adirondacks for Happy Hour, and even a Sofa for curling up with a good book.

Mealtime will truly be a delight in the Custom Chef’s Kitchen with ultra high-end Stainless Appliances, beachy sea grass green and white cabinetry, and a huge Center Island. The Kitchen overlooks the Dining Area with a Handmade Dining Table that seats 10, plus there’s seating at the Island, as well. You can even take in incredible Views while preparing family meals! Whip up the Fresh Catch of the Day on the Gas Grill downstairs and dine Al-Fresco by the water’s edge with million dollar views! After dinner, wander down to the Patio and share stories of the day’s adventures around the Fire Pit - there’s nothing like it.

Seas the Moment more than comfortably sleeps 12 in 4 Bedrooms, plus a Den/Bonus Room. All Bedrooms have Flat Screen Smart TV and amazing Views! Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom and is located on the 2nd Floor/Main Living Level. Adorned in Colors of Sand and Sea Grass, there’s a luxurious King Bed, Private Attached Full Bath, and Access to the Waterfront Deck. The Primary Bath is nothing short of stunning with Custom Tile Walk-in Shower, and beautifully unique Custom Vanity and Tile.

Hopping onto the Elevator and heading down to the 1st Floor, you’ll find a gorgeous Foyer, the Laundry Closet, and Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 is pretty in pink and has a Queen Bed, and access to the 1st Floor Deck, which also has perfect Views, and awesome furnishings to enjoy. Down the Hall, Bedroom 3 has a Full over Full Bunkbed and a Twin Trundle, and sleeps 5. A Full Bath with Walk-in Shower, Vessel Sink, and gorgeous deep blue tile is convenient to both Bedrooms.

Heading up to the 3rd Floor, which is not accessible via the Elevator, you’ll find Bedrooms 4 and the Den. Bedroom 4 has a Queen Bed and Private Deck with 2 Rockers. The Den has a Queen Bed, and also has a Private Deck with a couple of Rockers to kick back in.

We cannot begin to tell you how special Seas the Moment is - from taking in spectacular Views in every direction, to enjoying the abundant Wildlife you’ll see in the Bay, in the Marsh, in the Sky. Y’all, this is one your family will talk about for years and years to come.
