Great communications from the host. Lovely accomodation- very homely.Very close to everything we needed.Well stocked cupboards. Great for proper self catering.The Fairy Bower sea pool was great for a morning swim. There is a cafe very close to it. It was approx 10 min slow walk to the pool nearly all down hill. Need a coffee before the walk back up!It was around 15 minutes walk to the wharf to catch a ferry to circular quay. Again down hill.Coles supermarket 10 minutes for groceries.Lovely area and apartment. Just bring some decent shoes for the walking!

When our kids moved on, we used our new-found freedom to create an amazing studio that we shared with guests. We look forward to helping you discover the magic of this special part of the world.

We love walking and can often be seen on the Manly to Spit walkway. Eating out and sharing fine wines with friends is also a favourite pastime! We've travelled and stayed in both AirBnBs and hotels in Europe and have tried to create the best of both in our properties.

My husband Paul has retired so now works in the business. He's the "maintenance" person - you'll see him scootering around Manly with his toolbox with a smile on his face! Otherwise he's in the office taking care of the accounts or restocking and checking properties. Quite useful really! Thank goodness he retired.....

Why they chose this property

We have lived in this area for almost 40 years. We came for a holiday and decided not to leave. You can't beat Manly for beautiful walks and beaches. The Manly Ferry and Fast Ferry are an added bonus for those wanting to spend time in the city. Best value Sydney harbour cruises around!

What makes this property unique

It's tucked away in the quieter part of Eastern Hill yet is still close to many amazing beaches and stunning walks. It's a 10 minute walk down to Manly (it's up a hill). If you get lazy and want to catch a bus home, the 161 North Head bus is for you!
