150 m² air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated swimming pool, panoramic view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.<br>We offer you to spend your holidays in an architect's villa with a refined decoration offering all the comfort you wish for in an idyllic setting facing the Gulf of Ajaccio.<br>The house is located on a private estate.<br>We invite you to consult the satellite location on the website to check the location of the villa (in the middle of nature, between sea and mountains).<br><br>The villa is ideally located between the seaside resort of Porticcio, offering many shops and activities, and the almost island of Isolella and its Genoese tower, a dream corner for lovers of nature and beautiful and extensive sandy beaches.<br>The house is open to the outside. Indeed, the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living room open onto terraces with direct access to the swimming pool.<br>The master suite has its own bathroom, television, dressing room. <br>Fully air-conditioned, the interior also allows you to rest in the cool and share moments of conviviality with several people in a large living room kitchen (70 m2) offering all the necessary comfort (150 cm flat screen TV, large sofa) and also opening onto a large IPE terrace ( + 100 M2)<br>To concoct good meals, you will have a kitchen with its central island and its built-in dining area.<br><br>Finally, the swimming pool, with its IPE beach, its lounge, its barbecue and its large table for dining with several people outside, perfectly complete this little corner of paradise: The ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.<br><br>Our accommodation is accompanied by para-hotel services with cleaning service, linen (sheets and towels), personalised welcome for the tenant, as well as a reception less than 100 m from the accommodation. Beautiful villa and lovely host

We loved our stay at Villa Alandra, perfect location close to the airport with a lot to explore, beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. The house has everything you wish for, perfect pool, nice interior design, comfy beds and airco. We highly recommend this holiday house and the owner Jean did everything he could to help our kids settle in and us with good tourist information! We will definitely come back one day!

Perfect Stay - highly recommended

PERFECT - this is the word that summarizes everything best: the villa, its host Jean, the surrounding beaches and our entire vacation there. Jean is a highly responsive host, offering good advice no matter what (beaches, restaurants, shopping etc). The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures and offers everything you need. We stayed there for one week (which is way too short actually) and either of us enjoyed the stay very much. We are hardly back home and are already dreaming of coming back.

Ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem wunderschönen Blick

Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe in einer privaten Siedlung. Der Blick auf das Meer ist phänomenal. Das Haus und die gesamte Ausstattung ist nicht nur hochwertig, sondern zudem sehr geschmackvoll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die anliegenden Strände und Orte werden denjenigen gefallen, die abseits des Massentourismus Urlaub machen wollen. Jean, der Gastgeber war ungeheuer hilfsbereit, ohne in irgendeiner Weise aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Mieux qu’à la maison

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans la villa. Propreté impeccable, toute équipée et sécurisée pour les enfants, vue magnifique sur la baie d’Ajaccio, proximité plages et commerces... Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jean et nous reviendrons très certainement dans cette villa. Nous nous y sentions comme à la maison, même mieux et c’est très rare de le dire.
