Finding the designated parking was extremely difficult due to an special event blocking streets to access garage. The apartment was very sparsely furnished with minimal bedding, thin mattresses, few towels and plain walls. We knew we were in trouble when earplugs greeted us on the beds instead of chocolates. VERY loud nightlife until 2:30am Thursday-Saturday. We became locked out of unit and didn’t see response to reset instructions for last 3 days. Luckily a service man arrived to replace air filters and was able to provide us with a temporary code.
Everything was good but it would have been nice to have everything we needed to make coffee. Would not need to be much but it would have made our stay better. Extremely good value with that location.

Hi Terry ,
Thank you for staying with us and for the review. We're glad you found the location and value excellent. We appreciate the note about coffee — we'll add basic coffee supplies (filters, grounds, sugar/creamer, and mugs) to the welcome setup so future guests have what they need. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for my husband and two sons. Our older Son attends NKU and it was a convenient 15 min drive to and from the school with places we could walk to eat or visit like museums and such. We found what is our newest favorite taco place, Pata Roha. I would recommend, given the nightlife at the banks to bring some ear plugs to tone down the music but otherwise, super convenient and great amenities! Highly recommend!
We visited Cincinnati for a concert, this location was excellent. Our room was nice and comfortable. I appreciated that the host even had some supplies for cleaning/laundry. Everything about our stay was favorable except the checking in. The main door lock code was not working. When I contacted the "host" I selected the customer service for Ohio, however since the Cincinnati reps were busy I spoke with a nice gentleman in Arizona who promised me a call back from a Cincy representative within 10 minutes. Nearly 30 minutes later I receive a text message about a parking issue (I had paid for the spot / but they overbooked). I asked if someone could call to assist me with entry into the building. They would not call - over another 10 minutes of texting no resolution was reached. Thank goodness a kind resident of the property allowed us in at nearly midnight. Please ensure that if you paid for parking it is "approved" before you arrive at the property and fingers crossed one of the 4 keycodes will work - or a resident will let you in. The property is very nice for the money/location!
Incredible location, but not if you are there to get some rest!. Being able to walk to the ballpark in two minutes was awesome. Only problem was that the property is directly over several bars and restaurants that close at 3:00 am! We didn’t mind and used earplugs when going to bed. Room has bare essentials, especially the bedrooms. Nothing fancy, just functional. Kitchen had it all . If you are looking for the best location to attend Reds or Bengals games, this is it! BUT….it’s loud. NOT the place for 60 year old couple. Ha!!
The view did not match the picture you don’t see the river, but the view of Paycor, Great American Ballpark, and the “courtyard” was nice. And the pool is in the building across the courtyard. Noise was not bad, but we stayed during the week; I would imagine weekends and ball game nights are loud and busy. LOTS of delicious, reasonable food options, especially the Belgian waffle place!! Within walking distance of riverside swings, monuments, museums, and touristy things to do. HIGHLY recommend touring Great American Ballpark if available. Even if you’re not a sports fan, it is very cool! I did NOT like having to wait until the last minute to get check in & check out instructions, and I struggled with that app. A bathroom light wasn’t working, and exhaust fan didn’t work. This unit had no extra towels or blankets. Living room couch seats 3 but chair was not very comfortable. It is easy to access from the garage. Bed was not luxurious, but I slept better than I do in most hotel beds. This unit is not homey or comfy, but if you’re just looking for a bed and shower, it will suffice.
