About this property
Shabby-chic, relaxed beach house situated within easy walking distance to beach.
Our relaxed beach house is a private, fully enclosed sanctuary backed by nature reserve. Our shady garden is a haven for afternoon cocktails under the trees or venture into the nature reserve for a walk with the kids or dog. Our pool is warmed by the sun all day and is has added bonus of a spa ledge or stretch out on a sun bed, pool float or deck chair.The home is airconditioned but the tiled floors, numerous fans and louvred alfresco area means there are plenty of cool locations to unwind. Our alfresco dining / lounge area is the ideal place to spend your Summer days over a bbq, complete with cold fridges for all beverages. The patrolled beach is a flat 10 minute walk while grocery stores / parks / cafes are a 6 minute flat walk. A beach brolly and wagon can be provided to make this walk easier for those with lots of gear or young kids.The easy layout and tiles means sandy feet and wet toes are not a problem within the home. Your car can be parked and forgotten as will all worries!
