This bright and open-plan home offers everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. You'll enjoy 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite plus two more bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room, WiFi, and a laundry with washing machine — all in a sun-soaked layout that opens up to a fully fenced garden.

Step through the backyard gate and you’ll find yourself directly on the Waimea College sports fields, with three playgrounds, open spaces for walking the dog, and room for the kids to run. It’s like having your own private park!

🌳 Outside, the garden features:

A sandpit, hammock swing (young children only) and room to play

A peaceful outdoor courtyard area with mountain views across the school grounds

Inside, there are plenty of toys and books for young children, making this an ideal home for young families. Whether you’re barbecuing in the garden or watching the kids play from the sunny lounge, this is a place to slow down and enjoy your time together.

Walking distance to Richmond town center, the Aquatic Centre. Within 5 mins drive is the Silvan Forest Mountain bike park and Easby park for the mountain bikers dream and great places to walk too. Walk to the local 'Reservoir Creek' to feed the eels just around the corner.

Further afar is the amazing outdoors of Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, Nelson Lakes, Kahurangi national park, Mount Richmond Forest park and beyond!

This is our much loved home which we enjoy living in a warm comfortable family friendly house. The indoor outdoor flow is on point and gate access to the sports grounds gives us freedom to run and play with the kids and the dog!
