Ferienhaus sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist sehr (!) sauber und komfortabel. - Ruhig gelegen ist es optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen an der sehenswerten Küste mit ihren spannenden Felsenlandschaften und Strandbuchten sowie für nahe und fernere Fahrradtouren. Von besonderem Reiz sind die Salinen, aber auch das mondäne La Baule. - Buchung und Check-In waren komplikationslos. Bemerkenswert ist es, dass für Strom- und Wasserverbrauch keine zusätzlichen Kosten entstanden sind. Wir grüßen der freundlichen Madame Rospart, die in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft wohnt und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter! Sus. v.Ba., aus der Nähe von Hameln bei Hannover Juni 2024

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im September für eine Woche da, und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Eigentümerin hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Es gibt zwei Sitzplätze im Freien, die man je nach Sonnenstand nutzen kann. Den Bäcker oder den Supermarkt kann man auch zu Fuß über Feldwege in 15 min erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem reinen Wohngebiet im Stadtteil Kermoisan. Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Fenster lassen sich komplett verdunkeln mit elektrischen Rollläden, auch die Dachfenster, was bei viel Sonne sehr hilfreich ist. Madame Rospart wohnt im Haus nebenan. Sie war sehr freundlich und schnell bei allen Fragen, bei der Buchung und dann vor Ort. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.

Urlaub wie zu Hause

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen am Rande von Kermoisan und der wunderschöne Strand von La Govelle (in den Sommermonaten von Rettungsschwimmern überwacht) ist zu Fuß etwa 1 Kilometer entfernt. Die Ausstattung und Möblierung ist in allen Zimmern geschmackvoll und hochwertig und die Küche ist mit einer Kombination aus Gas- und Induktionsherd, grossem Kühlschrank, separatem Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Marmorarbeitsplatte ein Traum. Schön ist, dass die Wohnung mit über 80qm Wohnfläche und zusätzlichen 2 Terrassen (1 nach Osten und 1 nach Westen ausgerichtet) auch für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz bietet. Neben einem grossen Wohn-/Essbereich stehen 3 grosszügige Schlafzimmer und 2 schöne Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Ausserdem eine kleine Bibliothek und ein ausgestatteter, kleiner Bürobereich, wenn man doch die Arbeit wie ich nicht ganz zu Hause lassen kann. Der Wifi-Internetzugang ist in allen Bereichen des Hauses sehr schnell. Die Eigentümerin Madame Rospart hat an alle Details gedacht, die während des Aufenthalts benötigt werden. Bettbezüge und Hand-/Badetücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden gewesen. Das Haus und seine Aussenbereiche sind in einem sehr sauberen und sehr gepflegten Zustand. Madame Rospart ist jederzeit bei Fragen und/oder Problemen erreichbar. Wir danken ihr sehr für diesen äusserst erholsamen Urlaub.
