Beautiful house in the countryside, quiet, 3 km from the town of Briec in South Finistère. House in perfect condition with a beautiful view. Excellent location to radiate and discover the tourist places, the sea, the Monts d'Arrée, the Nantes to Brest canal, etc.
Location: 3 km from the town of Briec (with all amenities), 15 km from Quimper, capital of Cornouaille and 30 km from the beaches of the west (bay of Douarnenez) or the south (Fouesnant, Bénodet)
9 rooms on 2 levels on a basement: Ground floor: living room with closed insert, room, kitchen, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms, 1 with bed 160 x 200 and 1 with bed 80 x 190. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 with bed 160 x 200, 2 with bed 140 x 190 and 1 with bed 80 x 190, bathroom, WC. Garden of m2. Barbecue and garden furniture.

Maison trés calme et isolée

Des endroits magnifiques à visiter dans un rayon de 60 km.Nous avons été très bien accueillis.Maison trés agréable et lumineuse excéptée une chambre un peu trop petite au RDC .
