The residence is a bit shabby. While most amenities are there, we would not recommend it.Suggest look at developing an alternative entrance than via a very heavy garage door, steep narrow staircase and difficult right angle turns. The decks were pleasant though had not been cleaned in a while. Spider webs proliferated.This place generally had an unloved feel.

House is okay for the price. Nice ocean views from back balcony.Points for minor improvements1) A watch you head sign on the internal stair case would be helpful as upon arrival I banged my head hard on the roof whilst carrying a suitcase up the stairs.2) Sand on the couch.3) Replenish condiments e.g. tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.4) TV in lounge has no instructions and is too complicated to get working. There are 3 or 4 remotes.
