The comfortable open plan kitchen/living/dining area with wood burning fire opens on to the patio area with outdoor seating and BBQ. Relax with friends and family on the deck at Kennedy Point Guest House or enjoy the many Waiheke Island attractions all within easy reach of this lovely home.
