Large clean house perfect for our girls trip. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful views of the canal, from bedrooms and the upstairs game room.

Property is gorgeous. Very spacious. Room for everyone to spread out. It had a few maintenance issues. The pool filter wasn’t working for the first 2.5 days. Apparently it just needed cleaning and that didn’t happen before our arrival. Once fixed the pool was great. But it did seem that the filter and the pool water feature keptDiminishing in productivity as days went on. Blinds in both master bedrooms were broken and so there wasn’t full privacy. One other thing to note is that one of the master bedrooms does not have a door. It’s kind of separate wing and so I guess that’s why there isn’t one. But you should be aware of that lack of privacy. Other than these issues the house really is great. The outdoor patio space and lanai were huge. The hot tub was very nice. The location of the house was the most awesome part. Beautiful water views, peaceful and quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. I would rent this home again, but would need assurance that pool is functioning properly.

Perfect Home for a Large Family GetawayThis house was absolutely perfect for our group of 13. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the layout worked beautifully for both adults and kids.The pool was the star of the show, especially with the hot tub attached. The kids were in the water practically 24/7 and never wanted to leave. It truly made the trip unforgettable for them.My dad especially loved the dock — he spent hours watching the boat traffic come and go. The neighborhood is beautiful, upscale, and peaceful, which made it feel like a true vacation retreat.We also loved the location. Being so close to Rumrunners was a huge bonus — we enjoyed an afternoon of cocktails and music there and went back again for a great dinner.This home checked every box for us, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a relaxing, fun-filled stay.
