Enjoy the convenience of your own garage in a three-bedroom townhouse for five. A private courtyard, master-bedroom balcony and workspace give you places to relax or catch up on work. The home has two bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry, with fibre Wi-Fi throughout. It spans three levels and requires stair use.

The sleeping layout includes two queen bedrooms and a single bedroom, with two bathrooms. The master bedroom opens to a balcony, and a courtyard provides additional outdoor space. Enjoy the kitchen, fibre Wi-Fi, workspace, washer and dryer. The private garage accommodates one vehicle.

Guest access
The entire townhouse, courtyard, balcony and single-vehicle garage are for your use. Self check-in is via a keypad, and stairs connect the three floors.

Location and transport
A Peacock Street base for enjoying Christchurch dining, cafés and city attractions.
One private garage space is included. Check that your vehicle fits before parking, and keep shared access clear.

No Food upstairs - Please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge only
No Shoes indoors
No Smokers!
Keep quiet between 9pm and 8am !
No evens!

Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied. (we will be supplying make up removal wipes)

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.

2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
