Iconic Golden Bay Lodge offers a commanding view of the Tukurua beach, and a private pathway down to the sand. Designed by Sir Ian Athfield in the 1970s, the Lodge is truly charming and has been tastefully modernised, sitting in 10 acres of delightful forest gardens where you can explore and forage to your hearts content. Extensive lawns are great for croquet or to land your helicopter but look out for the robot mower. The Lodge accommodates up to 9 people and you can bring your dog too.
Our space is casual & quirky. It's a well used family bach. There's upstairs and downstairs living areas, two balconies with chairs and beanbags. Downstairs there is a big log burner, and a shared hot spa outside to relax under the stars. There is Starlink internet and two TVs, with Freeview, Apple TV and Smart services plus a huge selection of books and DVDs and a charger for Tesla cars outside. There are 4 other guest accommodations on the property but plenty of privacy.
