Yellow House Ligar Bay[Now Silver]

Our silver bach in Ligar Bay is a very comfortable holiday house with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
Situated opposite Ligar Bay Beach with great views out to sea.
The flat section is fenced for the safety of children and animals.
Located close to Port Tarakohe to launch your boat (900m).
Easy access to fish.
Great all-day sun (8:15am – 8pm in summer, and 8:15am – 5pm in winter).
Check out - you are expected to clean the whole place after yourself checkout time is 11am.
If you require cleaning - a cleaning fee is added which is an extra $165and departure time is 10am.

Long stay- 5 nights or more- cleaning fee 215

We had a lovely stay at Ligar Bay. The house has lovely views and was so clean and warm. It was perfectly situated for our day trip to Farewell Spit and all the other beaches up to Collingwood. Would highly recommend!

Stunning views from all the main rooms. We very much enjoyed our time at Ligar Bay. My only small quibbles are firstly that it wasn’t clear to me from the start that the cost did not include the provision of sheets and towels or the cleaning of the property afterwards. Secondly there were lots of small steps inside the house - enough to stub a toe or cause a jolt when you were distracted. It would not suit some elderly people. Otherwise it is a very comfortable house with a good supply of kitchen cooking equipment.

Hence why this site is slightly cheaper than other sites . Re the little steps... the house is a fully renovated 1650s house .. due to its close proximity to the beach we are limited to what we can do to the house ... hence why all little steps are labelled with STEP SIGNS .
