This place was awesome. Close to everything, stayed for 2 weeks for training and it was amazing! Great communication and assistance when we needed it. Hughly recommend!

The property definetly was not clean pet hair every where left over trash from previous attendants no commodities 1/2 roll toilet paper in each bathroom no trash bags but 1, no paper towels or dish rags. No grill and no broom to sweep up sand. A soft spot on the back porch which was very dangerous. . Could only park 2 vehicles and it was tight had to keep moving so each vehicle wanted out to go somewhere.

Our family loved the rental. It had everything we needed to have a great stay. The washer was broken when we arrived, so this put a little damper on our plans as we packed as if we would have a washer and dryer as the listing stated. The property is a duplex, with a downstairs tenant, this complicated our stay initially as the parking is for one side of the driveway. We were under the impression it was the whole house, so this also caught us off-guard, but the tenant was nice and we got along. Overall we loved our stay, but the listing may want to give renters a heads up to ensure we do not upset the downstairs tenant or have the wrong impression of the property.

No, you can't use the backyard or back deck. Why? Because there's a downstairs resident who let's her dog out when she sees a stranger present. Immediately after saying her dog won't bite to my husband the dog turned around, bit my dog and bit me. My vacation activities were severely curtailed due to injury. I pointed out her lie about biting and admonished her for being irresponsible about having her dog unleashed. We had only been there 5 minutes or less. Her and her (son?) Continued to slams doors late at night and early mornings. Did I get to do laundry? NO. Great place. Fun town. Don't think I'll go back.
