Comfy for up to a family of four! Separate entrance to single apartment. Efficiency kitchen, dinette area and living space on first floor. Half Bath on first floor! TV’s on both levels.
Second floor is one bedroom with bathroom (shower). Two Queen beds in same bedroom. This apartment is two floors which provides added space.
Efficiency kitchen which has sink, small fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig. Dinette set which seats 4.

This condo had everything we needed and Anna was a wonderful host and super helpful. Anna was super responsive and helped us out when we first arrived. Whatever we needed she made sure we had. The condo is in a great location!! A short walk to everything in town and to all the Bolton Landing beaches. We had great WiFi and were able to take video calls without interruption.

We have been coming to Bolton for years and couldn't be happier to have found this property! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all that we needed for our stay(including toiletries, snacks and wine)! We were walking distance to town and the beach and had a great stay!

Wonderful vacation week

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in July. It was immaculately clean and decorated with adirondack furnishings. It was walking distance to the beach and the town of Bolton Landing with great shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again next summer!

Wonderful visit to Bolton Landing to spend time with family. Property was clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. Two floors (upstairs bedroom and bathroom, downstairs kitchenette and living room) was great for our kids.

Close to town - great spot!

My husband myself and our 4 y/o daughter stayed here for a long weekend and we had a great time! Walking distance to town and close to everything.
