Zero complaints, property was tastefully decorated for the holidays, very nice location. very quiet, location had me expecting more road noise, but it was very quiet. Clean and homey, host was great to deal with.Will be back, hopefully many times.

Amazing host and property. Very clean and had everything we would need to be comfortable. Locating is great for getting around town in Prescott Valley. Very convenient location and the host, Sue was very friendly and welcoming. 5 star stay for my whole family!

Newly furnished, roomy, well appointed, spotless house

This house was SUPER clean and well equipped. Get this: the knives were actually sharp and there was a complete set. Lots of pans and dishes, paper towels, a bunch of extra bedding; in short, it was outfitted well beyond expectations. There was even a case or so of refrigerated bottled water. Everything was new, tasteful, and comfortable. We had two couples, and there was so much room to spread out that there was perfect privacy when we wanted that. Highly recommend this house.

We had the BEST stay. We brought my 86 year old Dad to Arizona. I called Sue (the best host ever) to ask if there was anyway we could have an earlier check in because it was already going to be quite a long day for my Dad flying from Montana to Arizona. Sue was able to get us a super early check in. It was very appreciated and Dad got to take a great nap before the Great Grandteens came over to visit.
