The heart of the home is a bright, open kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, a double oven, stainless steel appliances, and a picturesque window over the sink. The adjoining living room is equally inviting, with ample seating and a large TV ideal for family movie nights.

The primary suite will boast a king bed and features a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and generous closet space. A second king suite offers a stylish bathroom with a shower/tub combo and striking chevron tile with a navy vanity. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, sleek gray vanity, built-in shelving, and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom will be furnished with two queen beds and has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fifth bedroom will feature a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an en suite with a walk-in shower.

The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
