The house has a total of 600 m2, comprising 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, all with air conditioning and smart TV, a social bathroom, living room with TV, gourmet area with barbecue, kids' area, TV, swimming pool and is 900 metres from the beach! 13 minutes from Itauna beach, where the WSL world surfing championship takes place! Newly built house, all in porcelain tile. Note: Pets are welcome. The quad bike is not included in the stay! Prices to be agreed upon.
