Brenda is very responsive and we felt the property was centrally located to our needs, It was very cute in decor but still quite functional. Cooking needs were anticipated with seasonings available, fresh ice in the freezer, etc. Beds were comfortable which is a huge win. Nice big yard, quite neighborhood, close to grocery stores, gas, etc. Nice home and clean.

A very nice place to stay in Peoria area. My two brothers and I came from North Carolina, Nebraska, and Utah. The house is a great space for visiting and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing breakfast and dinner.

We needed a place to stay in Peoria for the whole family (dog included) and this place was perfect! The decor was just my style. If you love the 70s/80s, this is the place for you! Very clean, bigger than it looks from the outside. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed and a grocery store was 10 minutes away.

Very nice, clean and comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice 3 bedroom gave us all a little bit of privacy as each bedroom on different floor. My only issue the very upstairs needs a mirror! Lol. Other then no mirror it was perfect and was perfect for my Dad, brother and sis in law while my Mom was in the hospital. Very easy to get to! Quiet neighborhood!

Was in a great location. Brenda was excellent on communication. Only real downside was the house was warm and made for an uncomfortable stay.

As soon as you let us know, we came right over, replaced the HVAC filter, adjusted the airflow, and turned on the ceiling fans. Even with an extreme 117° heat index outside, the home quickly cooled to the thermostat setting and maintained that temperature for the rest of your stay, which we appreciated you confirming. We've continued to monitor the system since your departure, and it has continued to maintain the set temperature. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and are always looking for ways to make each guest's stay as comfortable as possible.
