DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.


We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to trash can
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
