Three bedroom two bathroom condominium at Surf Beach Apartments in Rincon. This private, gated community of only four units is located ONE block from beach and boat launch. Entire unit is airconditioned. There are two porches located in front and back of unit; back porch has water views. Fully applianced kitchen and washer/dryer installed. Wireless internet and TV. Parking located inside complex. Within walking distance from area restaurants, scuba diving, snorkeling and short drive to downtown

Located in front of the Marina! Direct beach access at Marina. Condo has a partial ocean view from rear balcony.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required

We will charge you extra if/for:
