Situated in the quiet village of Berrara with the park and lagoon at the end of the street, and the beach that close that it can be seen from the front deck. 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite and walk in robe, two separate living areas plus a sunroom, dining area next to fully equipped kitchen, screened outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. An excellent home for a family holiday, with Swan Lake close by for more water sports and fishing.
