Gîte La Madelière, just a few steps from the ocean

Maisonette in the residence "Le Hameau du Soleil Couchant" located in the typical village of La Menounière and a few steps from the beach.

The 40 m2 accommodation offers 1 bed of 140 cm in a bedroom and 1 single bed of 90 cm upstairs. A terrace and a small garden extend the living room.

A private covered parking space is attached to the accommodation.

The house is fully furnished and equipped.

Our dog friends are welcome in compliance with the rules of the condominium (on a leash in the residence) and the area.

Ideal rental for 2 people or 3 people. The (steep) staircase leading to the ground floor presents a danger for young children and people with reduced mobility.

La Menounière is one of the most bucolic villages on the island. The scent of hollyhocks will accompany you on your 200 steps to the beach. The maze of alleys will enchant you and you will be a short flight away from the geese at the market of Saint Pierre d'Oleron or at the port of La Cotinière to enjoy a sorbet. In the village you will find a small shop with bread and pastries to order and a restaurant. All services and shops are 3 km away, the cycle path 50 m along the beach.

Linen is not provided. For your stay, bring your fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers for a 140 cm bed (duvet cover 220*240) and for the 90 cm bed, as well as your towels and kitchen towels.

The beds are remade white (mattress and pillow protectors washed) after each stay.

Cleaning must be done before your departure. A cleaning fee of 80 euros will be requested at the end of your stay if the rental is not returned clean. The end-of-stay cleaning option is possible, at a rate of 60 euros, to be requested on arrival. The house is not equipped with charging stations for electric cars. It is forbidden to plug into domestic sockets to charge your car. Please note: a small house with simple comfort, a privileged location, an intimate garden.
