We only stayed one night at this property but it was a great location. Very clean with a great view. We'll appointed and shops and liquor store downstairs. Beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place felt cozy and welcoming when we arrived and was stocked with everything we needed. Lilly and Bryce went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Lilly was incredibly welcoming and responsive—check-in was smooth, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect, close to the mountain and close to everything but quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended! We absolutely loved our stay!

Very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, including spices, coffee, sugar, ketchup, etc. Plenty on towels. Even had a fold out sofa option. Great location. Underground parking. Hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to messages.

The listing was as described in the write up and in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans, dishes and all cooking essentials such as spices, oil and varieties of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and the washer/ dryer was handy. We had some issues but were taken care of by the host and quickly resolved. Parking your vehicle in the underground parking garage was great as the weather was rainy. Within walking distance of restaurant and coffee shop, small market, liquor store and walking trails. We would definitely stay at this listing again when we go to Revelstoke next year.

Disliked: Communication
I was hoping this would be an outstanding property, but I was wrong. The location was good; however the unit was visibly worn and had large pieces of green tape on the walls. The main bathroom had a horrible musty smell, and there was hair on the kitchen counters and in the bathroom. The sinks were so poorly designed that you couldn't wash your hands because your fingers hit the basin. Although the linen on the beds was beautiful, the beds themselves were not very comfortable. The unit was very noisy - in the living room you could hear every word of a conversation out in the hall by the elevator and we were woken up by loud trucks in the parking lot each morning. Unfortunately, this property is more aligned with a ski bum party rental then for a family visit like we had planned.

We take guest concerns seriously and always want to know right away if something is not as expected so we can address it during the stay. Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and we work hard to provide a comfortable, family-friendly place for guests to enjoy. If there was anything specific that fell short during your visit, we would have appreciated the opportunity to help while you were here. As with any condo building, there can occasionally be some noise since it is a shared property. That said, we are fortunate to be a corner unit with no shared walls with other units, which helps minimize noise as much as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using it to improve, while also standing by the many positive reviews that reflect the experience we strive to provide.
