Blairgowrie is the perfect spot between Rye and Sorrento. Slightly less hustle and bustle, The skinniest part of the peninsula with a short walk to both bay and surf beaches. I love it. You will too 🥰

This was our home for the past 10 years. Before that it was our investment property. It's my heart . I LOVE our beach home so much and trust you will too.
High standard of living with all mod cons topped off with a has heated mineral pool and beautiful treetop views. Not too flashy and uncomfortable just modern, clean, family and pet functional with all the home comforts plus more.
Centrally located. Walk to shops and beaches, dog park a 5 min drive or 20 min walk, simply the best.
