Property boundaries are marked by red stakes, pink tape and private property signs; please remain within these boundaries to respect neighbouring properties.

The check-in was super easy and uncomplicated, and it felt like every need had been looked after before we needed it. The cleanliness of this place was top tier and that sells us every time. Would highly recommend. We loved the quiet, calm setting tucked in the trees and wished we had booked a longer stay.

We're a family from the Toronto area who built Adventure Awaits Cottage as a place to enjoy everything we love about Northern Ontario—campfires, hiking, ATV trails, snowmobiling, stargazing, and spending time together outdoors.
Over the past year we've continued to improve the property with new amenities including a cedar sauna, expanded patio, outdoor recreation areas, and a games room. We take pride in maintaining the cottage and want guests to enjoy it as much as we do.
We're available through VRBO messaging before and during your stay and are happy to provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, trails, and activities.

We chose the Burk's Falls area because it offers the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and convenience. The cottage sits on two wooded acres where guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful setting, yet it's only minutes from town, Highway 11, local restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and outdoor attractions.
The area is ideal for year-round adventure. In the summer, guests can enjoy nearby lakes, hiking trails, cycling routes, golf courses, ATV trails, and unique attractions like Screaming Heads. In the winter, snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and provincial parks are all within easy reach.
It's one of the few places where you can feel completely away from it all without being far from everything you need.
